Buenos Aires

DEADLINE: 21.02.2022

Duration of the residency: 10 days

Residency period: from 06.04.2022 to 15.04.2022

Interdisciplinary micro residence as a platform for traditional practices and innovation processes.

We intend to generate an extraordinary interdisciplinary  space self regulated by the participants focusing on the experiences in situ.

During the 10 days residency, common and communal contexts are promoted in which the explorations, processes and results emerge through the interactions of the participants.

The premise is to share a personal creative process and to be open to receive what the other participants and the context have to offer interchanging in a collaborative and transformative way.

By the end of the encounter we aim to create interdisciplinary pieces (or processes) that will be exhibited in situ (before the residency closing day), as well as in an upcoming venue in Buenos Aires city.

The micro-residency is a type of format that seeks significant results in a short period (one week). In this way it becomes a space for informal knowledge exchange and inspiration, between the resident and the host organization and as well between the residents & the local scene.
