Cost per participant: 400 USD

* We offer two grants opportunities and and the Ministry of Science and Technology of San Juan, Argentina grants up to 3 total scholarships for San Juan residents. 

FlussLab_ONLINE proposes a transdisciplinary residency as a platform for traditional practices and innovation processes. We offer a space to address virtuality as a new dynamic for action and creation; and as a strategy for the development, for the production, for the reflection and for visibility of our practices.

 

All those interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply to participate in our program.

During the 10 days residency, common and communal contexts are promoted in which the explorations, processes and results emerge through the interactions of the participants.

In this context, the experience itself is contrasted with the technical and cultural resources that the individual participants share with the community in residency. The selected residents are expected to develop transdisciplinary pieces (or processes)  that will be shared in an online exhibition.

WE OFFER

* Maker Space: Access to 3D printing workshop, laser cutting, router and new technologies + by our industrial designer

* Documentation of the meetings: Digital platform with access to processes and projects

* Intervention of two guests who share their approach and strategies when producing their works

* Permanent support of the FlussLab team 

* Online Exhibition is performed one weeks after the end of the residency.

FlussLab_BERLIN proposes a transdisciplinary residency as a platform for traditional practices and innovation processes.

We offer a space self regulated by the participants focused on the experiences in situ which will be contrasted with the technical and cultural resources that the different concurrent participants bring and make available to the community in residence. 

FlussLab_Berlin functions as an enabler platform to create, research and develop critical thinking among interdisciplinary practices.

 

All those interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply to participate in our program.

* Accommodation in an antique house with shared bedrooms and bathroom 
* Shared workspace
* Meals: Lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks (Basic foods for the 4 daily meals
during the first week of residence)
* Weekly meeting: project follow up by our curator
* Weekly access to 3D printing and laser cutting workshop (Maker Space) by our Industrial Designer.
* Mentoring by specialists that we propose according to the interests of the participating residents.
* Weekly guests. 
* Weekly visits to artists, museums and STEAM scene to generate interdisciplinary dialogues.
* Resources such as projector, camera, computer with editing and design programs, sound recorder
* A platform to network with artists from different contexts and disciplines
* Documentation, communication and promotion
* Exhibition instance in situ, as well as in Berlin city
